Washington DC or Bust

An early fall trip to DC was a blast for Cindy, Carly and Jim.  The purpose was to help celebrate Cindy’s BFF’s 50th Birthday, Lisa.  A great surprise party Lisa’s mom had planned.

The weekend was full of great reunions for Carly as she got to see old preschool friends Lilly and her sister Natalie, along with Lisa’s daughter Grace.

 

 

 

 

 

Luckily the Government Shutdown ended two days before the trip so Carly, Cindy and Jim got to take in some sites, but not as many as they squeezed in as many friends and fun as possible.

Cindy was happy to see her old AMW bosses, Lance and Phil and introduce them to Jim.  Fun to see the two men who helped her in her career at AMW and now as friends for life!  It was tough leaving but it was getting a bit too cold for Cindy!
